You are a true brand ambassador leading by example and delivering 5 star customer experience through our experiential retail pillars. You are an advocate for our brand values and lead the team ensuring these are at the forefront of everything you do.

How you\'ll drive success:

Experiential Retail

  • Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Managerto continuously Integrate in store our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
  • Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
  • Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team
  • Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store
  • Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track

Inspirational Team Management

  • Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles
  • A clear and confident communicator, you’re comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment
  • Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team
  • Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support

Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence

  • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
  • Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment
  • Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store

  3. In-Store Experience Interview - a chance for you to experience life as a Supervisor in an A&M store with our Head of Retail
