Location: Edinburgh, Scotland.

Hours: 6 hours per week.

Salary & Benefits: £16 p/h + commission.

How you’ll drive success:

  • As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation.
  • Deliver a world class experience like no other, establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers.
  • Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets, anklets and rings to our customers, making it a magical experience.
  • You have the ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sentimental appointments.
  • An exceptional knowledge of our product, and welding services, with a strong presence on the shop floor.

What you’ll need to thrive:

  • Being a values champion and brand ambassador, our values and mission resonate with you personally.
  • You have previous experience with welding, soldering or working with jewellery, as well as a true passion for customer experience.
  • You’re a strong problem solver, with the ability to be adaptable and respond effectively to change.
  • You’re naturally curious, always looking to break boundaries and inspire those around you.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience:

  • Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
  • Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role.
  • In-Store Technical Interview - you’ll meet one of our Jeweller Mentors to discuss your experience and try out our welding machine.

Feedback: We’re committed to creating the best candidate experience we can for you. You’ll receive feedback over the phone or email at every stage in the process once you’ve had an interview so that we can set you up for success and help fuel your growth.
