How you’ll drive success:

- Deliver a world class experience like no other, establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers.
- Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets, anklets and rings to our customers, making it a magical experience.
- You have the ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sentimental appointments.
- An exceptional knowledge of our product, and welding services, with a strong presence on the shop floor.

- You have previous experience with welding, soldering or working with jewellery, as well as a true passion for customer experience.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience:
- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
- Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role.
- In-Store Technical Interview - you’ll meet one of our Jeweller Mentors to discuss your experience and try out our welding machine.
