The Experiential Marketing Manager Mission:
To raise awareness of the Astrid & Miyu brand on a global scale, bringing A&M to life through innovative, engaging IRL activations including PR stunts and communications, events & immersive experiences to build deeper connections with our community and create an A&M lifestyle everyone wants to be a part of.
This is a maternity cover for 12 months
How you\’ll drive success:
- Own and manage the Brand Marketing calendar, ensuring key campaigns, product launches and store openings are brought to life through impactful, engaging event activations.
- Lead experiential marketing and events for our growing global business, crafting impactful 360º event strategies that bring to life our brand campaigns in our key markets (UK & US).
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to unlock powerful brand moments and experiences.
- You’ll serve as the primary marketing contact for retail, leading collaboration between the two teams to ensure stakeholder alignment across brand and commercial priorities.
- Shape our in-store events strategy, empowering retail teams with the tools, guidance, and assets they need to create impactful local experiences.
- Act as the go-to marketing lead for our retail and wholesale partners, collaborating end-to end on marketing plans from ideation through to delivery of creative assets and guidelines, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand’s voice and vision.
- Work together with the PR & Partnerships Manager to deliver meaningful partnerships that elevate the brand and generate awareness in creative and authentic ways.
- Perform weekly, monthly and campaign-level performance reporting, tracking against benchmarks and KPIs, providing analysis and recommendations that inform and shape the wider Brand Marketing Strategy.
What you\’ll need to thrive:
- You\’ll have plenty of experience within events and IRL brand activations with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring all activations run smoothly, on time and deliver first-class results.
- You\’ll have a genuine passion for brand marketing with a creative mindset and a bold approach to trying new ideas and breaking boundaries.
- International and retail marketing experience or strong interest in growing in these areas.
- You\’ll be proactive, a self-starter and ideally have a network of contacts within events management and brand activations and execution to support you to bring your big ideas to life.
- You\’ll be a people-person and an excellent communicator, comfortable driving awareness of A&M to our community and the wider world.
The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

- Experience Interview – a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
- Final Interview – 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
