Employee Relations Advisor Mission

Responsibilities
- Provide first line guidance to managers across the business, helping them navigate day to day people matters with clarity and confidence.
- Build relationships across the business with a profile rooted in trust and responsibility.
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant people administration that supports a smooth employee experience.
- Hold end‑to‑end ownership of people cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and capability, ensuring every step is fair, clear, and well documented.
- Manage team members onboarding across all PX platforms, ensuring new joiners are set up for success.
- Oversee right‑to‑work documentation and compliance, protecting both our people and the business.
- Manage leave balances and benefits with care, clarity and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate, compliant and audit‑ready employee files and systems.
- Support our Payroll Manager with payroll processes to ensure team members are paid correctly and on time.
- Track and report people data to help us understand trends and make informed decisions.
- Contribute to improving people management resources so managers feel equipped and supported.
- Work closely with the wider People Team and develop strong relationships with our Area Managers to deliver successfully on the above.
Qualifications & What You’ll Need to Thrive

- Experience as a people manager or in a People/HR team (2+ years).
