Location: London, Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week in the office).
Salary & Benefits: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus.

Payroll Manager Mission: To provide an exceptional, stress‑free pay experience for our people, ensuring a flawless payroll journey across our UK, EU and US teams, with strong accuracy and keen attention to detail. You will manage the end‑to‑end payroll process as we continue to thrive, grow and evolve.
How you'll drive success:

- Own the end‑to‑end payroll for all employees across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Oversee payroll submissions, approvals, and funding in partnership with Finance.
- Adhere to local, national, and international payroll legislation, tax rules, and statutory reporting.
- Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness to minimise compliance risk.
- Act as the primary contact for payroll queries, delivering clear communication and timely resolution.
- Ensure a positive and consistent experience for employees around pay, deductions, benefits, and time sensitive issues.
- Manage payroll systems, including system updates, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with our People Experience and Finance teams to ensure alignment across data flows, system updates, and policy changes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and support scalability.
