Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Automation & Integration Engineer to design and develop enterprise automation, API integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and digital platform solutions. The role requires strong hands‑on experience across Python, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications, REST APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and backend services using Python.
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, APIs, webhooks, workflow technologies, and event‑driven architectures.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Scripted REST APIs, workflows, integrations, provisioning, fulfilment, and orchestration solutions.
- Build and administer solutions using Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows and integrate AI platforms with Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Purview, Agent 365, ServiceNow, Fabric, Azure, and Foundry APIs.
- Build integrations across cloud, on‑premises, and third‑party platforms using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, API Management, queues, and middleware.
- Work with Microsoft 365, Graph API, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services.
- Support CI/CD, deployment automation, configuration management, monitoring, logging, alerting, and resiliency.
- Establish automation frameworks, integration patterns, development standards, documentation, and technical best practices.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation and intelligent digital solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, integration, or enterprise platform engineering.
- Strong experience with API development and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with both code-first and low‑code technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud, identity, enterprise SaaS, and automation platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
