We are looking for an exceptional Reset Base Manager to join our dedicated pastoral team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about behaviour, inclusion, and making a meaningful difference every single day.
As Reset Base Manager, you will lead our Reset provision, creating a calm, structured environment where students can reflect on their behaviour, continue their learning, and prepare to successfully return to lessons. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour across the academy, working closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff, and families to ensure every student is supported to succeed. Roles like this are central to helping students reflect and reintegrate successfully into mainstream learning.
- Supervise and support students within the Reset Base, ensuring a focused and respectful environment
- Help students reflect on their behaviour and develop strategies for improvement
- Ensure students continue to engage with their learning while in the provision
- Work closely with staff and pastoral teams to support reintegration into lessons
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to behaviour tracking and reporting
- Uphold safeguarding, wellbeing, and behavioural expectations at all times
