Astrea Academy Trust is looking for an exceptional, experienced secondary leader to join the secondary central team as a Regional Director (Secondary).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the four secondary academies in South Yorkshire and line manage Principals/Executive Principals.
  • Lead a key function across all secondary academies – e.g. Standards and Achievement, Teaching and Learning, Behaviour and Attitudes.
  • Provide national leadership and support, reporting to the National Director of Secondary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Principal or Executive Principal with an excellent track record.
  • Strong track record of improving young people's education and a drive to do more.
