Opportunity
We are looking for an inspiring LSA to provide outstanding learning support to individual students from September 2026. This is a key role for the Academy in fulfilling its commitment to develop "the heart" of the school. You will be ensuring that every child achieves their absolute best by working closely with young people who have special educational needs, or other barriers to learning, and provide support for their academic achievement, under the direction of the SENDCo.
About You
You are likely to have gained experience in working with young people in a school setting and have a track record of impact through your career or personal experience. You will bring a drive and determination to ensure that every student receives the support they need to be the best version of themselves. You will have great people skills and deeply care for all young people.
