We are looking for an exceptional Reset Base Manager to join our dedicated pastoral team. As Reset Base Manager, you will lead our Reset provision, creating a calm, structured environment where students can reflect on their behaviour, continue their learning, and prepare to successfully return to lessons. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour across the academy, working closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff, and families to ensure every student is supported to succeed.
