The Greenshaw Learning Trust is ‘Always Learning’. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed individual to join our Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our students. They must also have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To support students with learning, physical, medical, emotional and behavioural difficulties to access the curriculum, make appropriate progress and develop appropriate classroom behaviour.
- To actively promote and contribute to the school’s ethos and values.
- To support teachers in facilitating and encouraging learning, which enables students to achieve high standards and become independent learners.
- To support our ELP students.
Location and Salary
- Location: 2300 – Orchard Park High School, Croydon.
- Salary: Salary calculated in line with NJC pay scale 1 (Outer London Points 3-4) £28,617 – £29,025 per annum (actual salary £24,725 – £25,030 per annum pro‑rated).
- Contractual hours: 36 per week.
- Basis: Full‑time, permanent.
