Wainwright Primary Academy are looking for a dedicated, confident, and motivated Cover Supervisor to support teaching and learning across our academy. In this role, you will teach classes across the academy to support with PPA cover. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will help create a positive learning environment, support behaviour expectations, and work with individuals or small groups on agreed programmes of work.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching staff, supervising classes during short-term teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with learning.
Essential
- GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Desirable
- Previous experience as a cover supervisor or working with young people
- Leadership or organisational experience in a school or similar setting
- Understanding of the Primary and Early Years curriculum expectations
- Subject knowledge for the primary curriculum in Computing and/or Music
