We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team, someone who takes pride in delivering excellence behind the scenes and enabling staff and students to succeed every day. As Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the academy. You'll oversee key operational areas such as administration, facilities, health and safety, and compliance, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
