We are looking for a Deputy After School Club Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join Victor Seymour Infants School and become an integral member of our team.

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, stimulating and happy environment for pupils.
- Undertake observation, assessment and record keeping as required.
- Support the planning and delivery of age‑appropriate activities and experiences to support pupils’ development.
- Offer educational instruction where needed to help pupils share equipment.
- Supervise pupils during activities and help resolve issues between pupils.
- Monitor pupils who aren’t engaging in play and feed back concerns to class teachers.
- Support the management of stock and resources necessary to carry out planned activities.
- Ensure children receive adequate refreshments and help promote healthy eating.
- Maintain all equipment in good condition.
- Ensure the school areas used are left tidy after use and ready for the day’s activities and learning.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills – sensitive, compassionate and effective.
- Ability to lead games and other activities.
- Dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management directions.
