About You

As a School Business Manager you will bring communication and financial skills through your career or personal experience. You will bring analytical thinking, self-organisation and motivation, plus a willingness to be adaptable and flexible in this diverse and interesting role.

Job Details

  • Basis: Part Time – 30 hours per week, 4 days, term-time plus 4 weeks.
  • Start date: 15 June 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter).
  • Typical term will see you advising on HR matters within the schools, managing school budgets, managing the office team across both schools and providing support for the Executive Headteacher.
  • Salary: Pay range NJC 32–35 (1.0FTE £42,839–£46,142 pa). Actual salary 0.77FTE (£33,040–£35,587 pa).
  • Contractual hours 30.
  • Location: Bristol.
