Our school, Churchill Primary School, is located in a beautiful rural setting within North Somerset. Our modern, well‑resourced building houses seven classes, with attractive grounds and play areas outside. We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic, committed to inspiring a love of learning and has high expectations of themselves and pupils. Our motto, “With kind hearts and determined minds, we inspire each other to be the best we can be,” permeates all aspects of our school and we would expect the successful candidate to bring this commitment to their role in school.

We had Ofsted in March this year and were delighted with our report. We reflect the special atmosphere and approach to learning in our school and are proud of our ‘strong standard’ recognition for inclusion and personal development and wellbeing. The Trust:

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi‑Academy Trust founded in 2016 with 34 schools in its portfolio. The LSP is cross‑phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools, with both non‑denominational and Church of England schools.
