Position: Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 SEND (KS1 SEN LSA)
Location: Ashton Gate Primary School, Bristol
Contract: Fixed‑term (1st September 2026 – 31st August 2027)
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm (Part‑time)
Salary: £26,824 FTE (actual salary £17,435 per annum)

Key Responsibilities- Work with individual or small groups of children under the direction of class teachers and Senior Leadership Team.
- Support class teachers in delivering high‑quality learning and interventions.
- Assist children with additional needs, ensuring tailored support throughout the school day.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
