The Role: We are excited to offer the opportunity for an exceptional HLTA to join our hardworking and aspirational staff team. This role will involve working alongside teachers to provide cover for PPA and other regular cover across the school. We are looking for an HLTA who will bring energy, passion and dedication to our school.

About the School: Horfield is a two‑form entry primary school looking to enhance their provision as they continue on their school development journey. We are looking forward to welcoming a new permanent head teacher in September who will join a warm and inclusive community striving to ensure every child reaches their full potential. The Trust: The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi‑Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 34 schools in the Trust. The LSP is cross‑phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. It is a mixed MAT and includes both non‑denominational and Church of England schools. This role would suit an HLTA with whole class teaching experience or a practitioner with QTS who is looking to develop experience and gain excellent professional development opportunities.
