Churchill Academy & Sixth Form in a rural setting near Bristol is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Coordinator to join the behaviour team.
You will support and supervise students who have been temporarily removed from lessons and help reintegrate them into the learning environment.
Working closely with Heads of House, the behaviour team and leadership, you will implement strategies to improve student behaviour and enable academic and personal development within a positive, inclusive culture.
