Palladian Academy Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join our Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to thrive both in school and beyond.
Working across our primary schools, you will play a vital role in supporting children to access learning, participate fully in school life, and achieve their individual potential.
You will work closely with teachers, SENDCos, Speech and Language Therapists, our dedicated Speech and Language HLTA, and the Palladian School Improvement Team to deliver targeted interventions and provide high-quality support.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them find their voice.
Essential Requirements
- GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 qualification, or relevant experience.
- Experience working with primary-aged children.
- Experience supporting children with SEND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A patient, nurturing and flexible approach.
