Responsibilities
This role suits someone who is people‑focused, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and confident coordinating training programmes—with a genuine interest in supporting trainee teachers from recruitment through to induction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative work setting, including knowledge of software and technology.
- Efficient collaborative and flexible working with internal and external trainees, delegates and partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Have a recognised Level 3 Qualification (Desirable).
- Have an understanding of teacher training and the changes within this area (Desirable).
