Are you passionate about creating delicious meals and providing excellent dining experiences? Astrea Academy Dearne is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our vibrant team for 10 hours per week, on a term‑time only basis. This is a permanent role.
Overview
As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Catering Manager with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment for our students and staff. Your efforts will ensure that everyone enjoys a high‑quality dining experience every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support the Catering Manager in day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld at all times.

- Relevant experience in a similar role.

- Relevant Food Safety and Hygiene certificates.
