Accountabilities:
- Deliver regional guideline changes and maintain a positive environment for AstraZeneca Medicines within pre-defined accounts.
- Implement targeted clinical practice change partnerships and programs, ensuring effective pull-through with local cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate the impact of partnerships and programs through improved outcomes, dynamic market shaping, market growth, and market share.
- Adapt to the Regional NHS environment and lead regional thinking on implementing NHS plans to achieve AZ business strategies and goals.
- Achieve market access at defined account levels, supporting patient access and practice change locally.
- Engage in effective business-to-business selling based on payer value propositions to support practice change at scale.
- Implement commercial and project-based partnerships with the NHS at a locality level as needed.
- Develop and maintain regional account plans as part of the Regional Leadership team.
- Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to optimize the regional access environment.
- Develop clinical and strategic NHS advocacy, delivering short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Ensure compliance with all AZ governance policies and adherence to the ABPI Code of Practice.
