The Axial Programme (Global S/4HANA implementation) is a large-scale transformation programme aimed at providing standardised processes, enhanced financial management, common data, and real-time reporting across the organisation.
In this role, you will be supporting the Axial ESG workstream during the pioneer phase with the deployment of two new strategic SAP technologies: Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM) and Sustainability Control Tower (SCT). You will also be involved in planning, preparation, and deployment throughout the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Drive close alignment between Axial and BAU sustainability efforts, contributing to the Sustainability digital strategy.
- Foster strong connections between Axial and key stakeholders across local deployment teams (i.e. Mexico and UK).
- Support a successful SIT and UAT for the new technology.
- Ensure adequate preparation ahead of the UK go-live.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities at go-live for the local UK team, global sustainability team, and Axial team.
Essential Skills:
- Significant experience and expertise in ESG strategy and reporting.
- Applied domain knowledge of ESG requirements and the changing landscape.
- Experience of designing and implementing process change in ESG disciplines.
- Demonstated SAP working knowledge across transactions and reporting.
- Experience of Business/IT partnering for global transformation solutions.
- Proven ability to lead in a diverse, global team.
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to lead and manage negotiations across complex groups.
- Consistent track record of delivery and effective prioritisation.
- Demonstrated project leadership skills.
