This role offers a unique platform for direct, high‑impact interaction with senior NHS stakeholders—including leading strategic engagement with Cancer Alliances and system partners—to co‑create solutions that have tangible benefits for patients, the healthcare system, and AstraZeneca.

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the external oncology and pathway landscape.
- Lead strategic business case development that prioritises investment for Transforming Care based on pathway challenges, the AstraZeneca tumour portfolio and an understanding of the external oncology landscape.
- Build and deliver comprehensive Transforming Care solution strategy plans that identify appropriate solutions and vendors, engage with external healthcare system community for co‑creation and lead on scaling plans through a detailed understanding of strategic segmentation & targeting (S&T) to enable scale of Transforming Care initiatives.
- Lead flagship partnerships with 3rd party vendors.
- Establish frameworks for impacting reporting and analysis through effectively identifying and building robust KPIs that measure tumour strategy plan delivery and partnership impact.
- Lead and manage senior NHS strategic relationships with the oncology community.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across franchises and functions to deliver on role accountabilities and external strategic relationship management.
