As a Finance Business Partner, you will maximise finance’s contribution to strategic and operational success, pairing commercial insight with hands-on execution to drive performance, optimise resources, and accelerate decision-making.
In this role, you will co-own financial and commercial delivery for dedicated franchises, acting as a trusted partner to Marketing, Medical, Sales, Market Access and senior leadership. You’ll challenge assumptions, influence investment decisions, and deliver high-quality analysis across performance, costs, forecasts, risks and opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Lead finance partnering for dedicated OBU franchises, shaping commercial and financial outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor to Franchise Heads and cross-functional leaders
- Align closely with Pricing & Access to strengthen planning assumptions and scenario modelling
- Own P&L planning, resource allocation and performance monitoring
- Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements with actionable recommendations
- Support investment decisions through high-quality data consolidation and insight generation
- Prepare Mid-Term Plans and Short-Term Forecasts for franchise brands
- Streamline financial processes using a strong digital and simplification mindset
- Collaborate with GFS Warsaw to optimise planning and reporting
- Contribute to Axial implementation through accurate OBU data inputs
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering or Controlling experience in an international commercial environment
- Strong proficiency in SAP/SmartView, advanced Excel and Power BI
- High digital fluency with a passion for automation and AI-enabled insight generation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex scientific data into financial impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Ability to balance detail with strategic perspective, working at pace and under pressure
