As an Associate Brand Manager (ABM) for Inhaled Respiratory, you'll be at the forefront of implementing national strategies and driving business activities that make a real impact. With your marketing expertise, you'll independently deliver commercial objectives while mastering systems like Veeva Promomats and procurement processes. Accountabilities:

  • Take ownership of delivering key activities within the BOP, including direct-to-HCP assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all AZ Governance Framework (CDTI) and ABPI.
  • Contribute towards achieving annual P&L, market share, and growth targets.
  • Manage budget within +/- 3%.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • History of success in a role in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in translating strategy into execution.
  • Track record of delivering results through project management and cross functional collaboration.
  • Ability to challenge traditional ways of working and bring forward new ideas that improve execution and impact.
  • Understanding of NHS landscape and compliance around promotional activity.
  • Prior history with systems, including financial management.
