b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the BioPharma internal communications and employee engagement strategy, shaping how the BioPharma strategy is understood and believed across a global, matrixed organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating strategy into engaging, multi-channel communications and events. You will partner with the BioPharma Corporate Affairs team to deliver campaigns, leadership communications, and flagship programs. You will drive measurement, continuously improve impact, and support cross-functional priorities that advance BioPharma’s mission to transform patient outcomes. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible benefits fund /li li holiday purchase /li li flexible time off /li li pension contributions /li li Share Save Plans /li li performance recognition scheme /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead internal communications and channel management to bring the BioPharma narrative to life across evolving developments /li li Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and assets with the BioPharma Corporate Affairs team /li li Define and implement the BioPharma internal communications channel strategy for a complex, matrixed environment /li li Lead the BBU internal communications strategy and drive engagement with business strategy, performance, and priorities /li li Coordinate communications around financial results, engagement surveys, objectives/scorecards, and year-end communications /li li Lead BBU meetings and flagship BioPharma events (e.g., Senior Leaders Meetings) /li li Partner with business leaders to deliver high-priority communications and provide strategic counsel to internal stakeholders /li li Develop and coordinate accurate, clear internal communications materials across media /li li Maintain agency relationships and oversee resource allocation via secondments/contractors /li li Establish KPIs, ROI, and metrics to measure and improve communications effectiveness /li li Contribute to broader BioPharma and Global Corporate Affairs priorities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; scientific/advanced degrees a plus /li li Extensive background in fast-paced global internal communications within pharmaceuticals /li li Proven track record of innovative, engaging internal communications with tangible outcomes /li li Extensive experience in employee and leader communications, engagement plans, and change communications /li li Strong event management and production capability for virtual and live formats /li li Experience serving as a senior counsellor to executives /li li Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building /li li Excellent writing and strong digital/multi-media communications skills with science/therapy area experience /li li Experience in above-brand/corporate communications for biopharmaceuticals and global therapeutic expertise /li li Experience developing employee, digital and leader communications, campaigns, and change management /li li Knowledge of compliance frameworks for communications (e.g., UK Pharmaceutical Code of Practice) /li /ul ul li Influencing senior leaders /li li Strategic thinking /li li Stakeholder management /li li Digital/multi-media communications /li li PowerPoint presentations /li li Visual assets creation /li /ul
