The Director, Enterprise AI Capability & Engagement is responsible for defining and leading strategic peer-to-peer learning that accelerates AI adoption through community-powered knowledge sharing and influence networks. This role leverages proven community building expertise to create scalable peer learning ecosystems that drive sustained AI adoption and capability development across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:- Define Strategic Peer-to-Peer Learning & Engagement Framework
- Develop comprehensive strategy for peer-to-peer learning that accelerates AI adoption through community-powered knowledge sharing and influence networks
- Create strategic engagement framework for scaling AI capability development through experiential activities, mentoring ecosystems, and collaborative learning initiatives
- Design and implement scalable peer learning ecosystem strategy that leverages community networks to achieve sustained AI adoption and capability development
- Build & Execute Community-Powered Scaling Portfolio
- Build comprehensive portfolio of community-driven initiatives including AI Symposium, hackathons, and peer influence networks that drive enterprise-wide adoption
- Design and execute flagship strategic engagement initiatives that demonstrate AI success and build organizational momentum
- Create systematic approaches for scaling successful initiatives across different business contexts while maintaining engagement and effectiveness
- Develop Mentoring Networks & Peer Support Systems
- Create mentoring frameworks and peer support systems that enable knowledge transfer from experienced practitioners to emerging AI users
- Design systematic approaches for connecting AI practitioners, experts, and learners to enable knowledge transfer and collaborative problem-solving
- Develop and adopt AI solutions that facilitate peer-to-peer learning, knowledge sharing, and collaborative innovation
- Establish Strategic Measurement Framework & Optimization
- Develop comprehensive measurement framework for peer learning impact that tracks community health, knowledge transfer effectiveness, and business outcome achievement
- Create analytics and feedback systems that provide insights into engagement patterns, learning effectiveness, and community-driven success
- Design continuous improvement processes that optimize community-powered strategies based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback
- Experience in community building, peer learning development, or engagement strategy leadership at enterprise scale
- Proven expertise in strategic event planning, community platform management, and peer influence network development
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to create mentoring ecosystems and peer learning frameworks
- Experience in measuring community effectiveness and optimizing engagement strategies based on business outcomes
- Community Strategist: designs comprehensive peer learning ecosystems that drive sustained engagement and knowledge sharing
- Engagement Catalyst: transforms individual interest into active community participation and peer-to-peer learning networks
- Strategic Event Leader: orchestrates flagship initiatives that build momentum and accelerate adoption through peer influence
