Based in Cambridge and reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will provide critical executive support that keeps a visible, fast‑moving function operating at peak performance. This is a permanent, full‑time role, with three days a week in the Cambridge office. Investor Relations sits at the crossroads of finance, leadership, and the external market. Your precision and calm under pressure will enable seamless earnings cycles, investor roadshows, analyst engagements, and senior executive interactions. Accountabilities
- Executive Support: Partner closely with the Head of Investor Relations to manage priorities, protect time, and ensure the right conversations happen at the right moment.
- Calendar and Cadence Management: Coordinate complex diaries across global time zones, aligning leadership availability with earnings cycles, roadshows, board interactions, analyst meetings, and internal briefings.
- Earnings Cycle Orchestration: Plan and run the operational rhythm for results preparation periods, including drafting timelines, scheduling reviews, collating materials, and tracking actions to deadlines.
- Meeting and Materials Readiness: Prepare agendas, pre‑reads, and briefing packs; ensure presentations and documents are accurate, formatted, and ready for senior and external audiences.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a trusted first point of contact for internal leaders, investors' offices, banks, and analysts; manage expectations and maintain momentum across multiple parties.
- Information Stewardship: Handle market‑sensitive and confidential information with discretion; follow governance timelines and approval processes rigorously.
- Travel and Logistics: Arrange complex, multi‑stop travel for leadership and team, including visas, itineraries, and on‑the‑ground logistics, ensuring smooth execution during busy periods.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PA supporting senior management at VP level or above.
- Ability to follow processes and adapt to change.
- Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities in the relevant area.
- Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems – ever‑changing technology.
- Experience of a variety of software/systems.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail & delivery of accurate work.
- A professional, confident, and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team as well as own tasks or activities independently.
