As Global Clinical Head you will own the clinical science for a respiratory asset, shaping benefit/risk assessments and the clinical components of strategy and regulatory documents. You will drive late-phase development and coordinate global studies, ensuring timely clinical deliverables. You will act as the primary clinical and scientific liaison to TA-Heads and R&D leaders, aligning cross-functional teams across geographies. Your work will support the mission to deliver life-changing medicines and influence strategic decisions. This role offers visibility, impact, and the chance to lead complex, multinational studies.
Pay / Benefits
- Account for clinical and scientific aspects of the product/asset, including benefit/risk and core labelling texts
- Provide clinical input into overall project strategy and ensure timely delivery of clinical deliverables (studies, regulatory components)
- Serve as single point of contact for TA-Heads and R&D leaders on clinical/scientific matters
- Lead and mentor physicians/scientists; influence functions across geographies
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and global regulatory interactions
- Develop and deliver strategic clinical components of CDP, TPP, TPC, and related documents
- Lead multinational, large-scale studies and demonstrate scientific credibility
- Maintain line management responsibilities and collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment
Tasks
