Are you ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare ecosystem? As a Regional Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. Collaborating with the Regional Business Director and Regional Healthcare Manager, you'll define the optimal resource mix to achieve business goals and ensure operational excellence in implementing regional and local health economy account plans. Your role will also involve supporting the development and implementation of regional access and driving clinical practice change programs, ensuring their impact on AstraZeneca and the healthcare system.
Key Accountabilities
- Delivery of regional sales targets
- Accountable regional budget management, leading the effective deployment of resources
- Coaches and develops team through setting high-performance culture
- Pro-actively shares relevant local insight within the Regional Business Directorate, shaping local solutions
- Develops their own and the teams KEE’s relationships and establishes strong prescribing advocacy
- Champions, builds & demonstrates outstanding selling and account management skills at all levels in the AZ X-F team
- Finds opportunities for B2B selling and practice change at scale
- Ensure team’s compliance of AZ governance framework and ABPI Code of Practice
Essential Skills/Experience
- Able to demonstrate effective leadership and cross functional coordination to implement overall brand strategies at an account level
- Previous performance management experience and evidence of coaching impact
- Accountable for your own actions and results as well as your team’s
- Will bring pace, energy and an outcome and solutions focused mindset in driving objectives and team activities
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships that drive business outcomes through expert understanding & experience of engaging with the NHS
- Business qualification or educated to degree level
- ABPI qualified
- Full driving license

- Experience of working in the respiratory therapy area
