Astra Zeneca in the UK seeks a Director, Site Management & Monitoring for the Oncology portfolio, based in Luton on-site three days per week.

You will lead dedicated teams, oversee site qualification, initiation, monitoring and closure, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.

You will drive resource planning, performance management and coaching, align with AZ SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines, and collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure compliant, high-quality trials across the country.
