Present on 3 continents and trading in over 20 countries, we operate a recycling facility based in Cambridgeshire, UK, since 2017 specialising in the collection and recycling of a variety of plastic waste from manufacturing, packing, and warehousing industries across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Market Research & Prospecting – identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Supporting the Sales Team – prepare and distribute material offers to customers worldwide.
- Customer Engagement – manage inbound inquiries, cold‑call prospects, and build long‑term relationships.
- Data & CRM Management – track market trends, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Negotiating & Closing Deals – learn the ins and outs of commodities trading and develop sales strategies.
- Collaborating Across Teams – work closely with sales leaders, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles (B2B preferred).
- A hunter mentality comfortable with outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong commercial awareness and a keen interest in trading, recycling, or sustainability.
- Ability to analyse data, spot trends, and think strategically.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage native and non‑native English speakers.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
