Most job ads say "fast-paced" and "exciting opportunity." So instead of that, here’s what it’s really like… We're a tiny consultancy - right now, that means big impact, zero bureaucracy, and the chance to shape what this business becomes. We specialise in two things: HubSpot and Email. We help businesses with everything HubSpot, from implementations to optimisations and rebuilds to workshops and training - we LOVE HubSpot, so you need to, too. Then there is the email side, we have education and consultancy services that support teams and businesses transforming their email marketing into a powerful function that delivers incredible results and impact (you will not be involved in this). We're looking for someone who wants to be part of building something, not just working for something. This is as close to founding a business as you can get without actually founding one. You'll have real ownership, real responsibility, and a front-row seat, and active hand in taking us to the next level. If you've ever wanted to see what it feels like to help build a business from the inside, this is it.

What the role actually looks like:

  • The majority of your time will be in our client’s HubSpot accounts, working with our Founder Beth, executing the strategy & transformation we’ve mapped out.
  • This will be across:
  • HubSpot implementations
  • HubSpot audits
  • HubSpot optimisations
  • Training
  • Solution design across all business operations, not just marketing.
  • But you'll also be the person who keeps your project running! That means owning our project management, managing our own HubSpot setup, helping with new business when we need, and you will be out of your comfort zone doing new things! No two weeks will look the same. That's not a warning - it's the point.
  • What you'll be doing:

    • Leading and delivering HubSpot projects for clients - implementations, audits, optimisations, solution architecture, and training across all operations
    • Conducting HubSpot audits and producing clear, actionable recommendations for clients
    • Supporting workshops, training sessions and testing with clients
    • Owning project management across the whole business - tracking deadlines, keeping things on course, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
    • Managing and continuously improving our own internal HubSpot instance
    • Actively driving business development - identifying leads and doing what you can to help us grow
    • Spotting new opportunities and helping shape what we do next as we grow
    • Leading & growing our HubSpot Birmingham user group

    What we're looking for:

    • Solid, proven HubSpot experience - you've delivered implementations across sales, operations, and/or marketing
    • Strong project management instincts - you notice when something is drifting, and you do something about it before anyone has to ask
    • Confident in communicating with clients and turning technical details into plain language
    • Some familiarity with email marketing best practices
    • Commercially minded - you're motivated by finding opportunities and bringing in new business, not just delivering what's already been sold
    • Comfortable in ambiguity and energised by variety - this is a small business, and it needs someone who thrives in that environment
    • Proactive, ownership-oriented, and excited about helping build something
    • Someone who can get on with work without being asked

    Bonus if you have:

    • HubSpot certifications (CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub)
    • Experience in a consultancy or agency environment
    • Experience in small businesses
    • A track record of being able to get out of your comfort zone
    • An entrepreneurial streak - or you've thought about starting something yourself, but want to learn the ropes first

Salary: Up to £47,000 depending on experience

    Benefits:

    • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
    • Generous Bonus scheme - new business referral (20% referral fee on any new business you bring in)
    • Once a quarter, get a takeaway allowance from us (up to £50)
    • £200 WFH set-up allowance
    • Flexible working hours
    • Extra time off: Get your birthday off & 1 duvet day a year once a year.
