Our client is one of the leading Equity Release businesses in the country, currently seeking an experienced broker to join their team. We are open to considering an experienced Mortgage Broker who has obtained their CeRER or ER1 but has not practiced in Equity Release, as well as an experienced ER Broker. CAS status is not a concern, as all training is provided.
This is a home/field-based role. The position is employed, with a starting base salary of GBP 30,000, plus car allowance, commissions, guarantees, and pay rises upon achieving CAS status. All leads and appointments are provided, with an OTE of GBP 55,000. The market is improving, and the company is busy, so they need someone to start immediately.
