Our client is a successful well-established multi-branch IFA firm and they are currently expanding numerous arms of their business. In this case, we are looking for an IFA Admin Manager to manage a team of Financial Services Administrators.
Your team uses Intelligent Office and processes Investment and Pension work. You will manage the team and coach all new members that come on board. You will deal with 1-2-1's, appraisals, knowledge gaps, and recruitment.
The company has offices in Godalming and Cobham, so the ideal candidate will be able to travel between the branches. Base salary is up to £50,000 plus a strong benefits package including PMI.
