We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join this award winning Financial Advice company in Brighton. This is an office-based role and a meet and greet Receptionist role. The successful person will have a friendly welcoming manner. This role is based in Brighton, so please only apply if you can get into the office daily.

Key tasks:

  • Managing confidential information with discretion
  • Meeting and greeting clients and welcoming other visitors
  • Booking meetings and setting up meeting rooms in preparation
  • Providing refreshments for clients, managers and meetings as required
  • Support the allocation and booking of meeting rooms as required
  • Stationery ordering and organising for 2 offices
  • Scanning, filing and archiving as needed
  • Arranging couriers
  • Strong ability to develop positive working relationships with all departments
  • Data input on various database systems

The role will pay circa £25,000 - £26,500 plus a great benefits package.
