In this case we are looking for an IFA Admin Manager to manage a team of Financial Services Administrators
Your tema use Intelligent Office and process Investment and Pension work
You will manage the team and coach all new members that come on board
You will deal with 1-2-1's , appraisals, knowledge gaps and recruitment
The company have offices in Godalming and Cobham so the ideal candiate will be able to travel between the branches
Base to £50000 plus a strong benefits package incl PMI
