Property Litigation Solicitor

In‑House – Property Litigation Solicitor – Hertfordshire – Hybrid working

Astral Legal are recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor for one of their In‑House clients. The role will entail advising in relation to all aspects of contentious property law relating to the Company’s properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Nuisance claims (both common law and statutory claims)
• Title issues including acquiring land by adverse possession, boundary disputes, disputes concerning easements, covenants and other third‑party rights
• Issues associated with the Company’s ancillary estate
• Dealing with tenancy insolvency and its effect on the Company where it is landlord
• Managing and coordinating external counsel
• Co‑coordinating property damage claims caused to the Company’s premises by third parties
