What you’ll be doing:
- Headhunting and engaging top legal talent across the US market
- Supporting senior consultants on high-value, retained, and contingent searches
- Building strong candidate pipelines within specialist legal niches
- Managing candidate processes end-to-end, from first contact to placement
- Gaining deep market knowledge across key US legal practice areas
