IP Disputes Associate from NQ to 2 PQE – London
Excellent opportunity for an IP Disputes Associate from NQ to 2 PQE to join this leading IP boutique undergoing a period of growth. As part of the firm’s strategic growth and in response to increasing client demand, they are seeking an IP Disputes Associate to join our expanding Litigation team, which currently comprises two partners, one associate, and a group of dedicated paralegals. Clients are from a range of sectors such as life sciences, tech/telecoms, financial services, and aviation, to name a few.
The role will primarily be contentious-focused with a diverse case load across a range of IP rights such as Patents, Trade Marks, Designs, and Copyright matters. There is an element of non-contentious and commercial work too, so experience in IP licensing, IP audits, and drafting documents is desirable.
Requirements
- NQ to 2 PQE (Feb/March 2025 qualifiers accepted too) – England & Wales admitted
- Experience working on IP disputes during training seat or post-qualification
