We’re looking for a talented UX Researcher to join a growing design team working on a sophisticated B2B data analytics platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences that support complex decision-making and drive real-world impact. You’ll play a key role in understanding user needs, supporting research activities, and translating insights into high-quality design solutions across the full product lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts to high-fidelity UI
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Support UX research activities including planning, participant engagement, and synthesis
- Translate research insights into intuitive user journeys, flows, and interfaces
- Collaborate closely with design system and technical teams to ensure feasibility
- Facilitate workshops and design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain clear documentation of design decisions and outputs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in UX or product design, across the full design process
- Proven ability to turn research insights into practical design solutions
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and research methodologies
- Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or complex/technical environments
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving work forward independently
Nice to Have
- Experience working with design systems and technical constraints
- Background in data-heavy or industrial platforms
- Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in UX or design thinking
