Job Purpose

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work directly with commercial, marketing and partnership leaders on real campaigns, strategic initiatives, executive events and growth opportunities across global brands and leading technology ecosystems. Over a 12-month rotational program, you will gain experience across Sales, Marketing, and Alliances while developing commercial, creative and strategic skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a robust new business pipeline through a high-velocity, multi-channel approach, including cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Secure discovery meetings and create high-value opportunities with C-suite and senior executives within Enterprise-level organizations.
  • Maintain high data integrity by meticulously updating the CRM with lead information and tracking all engagement activity.
  • Prioritize and manage a rigorous follow-up cadence to ensure prospects move efficiently through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct targeted market research and data analysis to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
  • Support strategic relationships with Salesforce and key technology partners through coordinated go-to-market activities.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, partner, and field campaigns to drive brand awareness.
  • Cultivate long-term professional networks to foster a steady stream of future business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing environment with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proficient in various outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling and strategic email sequences.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a pipeline within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • A solid understanding of key sales metrics (KPIs) and how they drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
