Our team is expanding, and we\’re looking for a talented Videographer/Editor who\’s passionate about storytelling, brimming with creativity, and eager to make a real impact. What You\’ll Do
You\’ll be hands-on across the full production process:
Pre-Production
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and objectives
- Develop creative treatments, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
Production
- Operate as lead videographer or second camera operator
- Assist with lighting on set
- Capture high-quality footage in studio and on location across the UK
- Direct and produce content
Post-Production
- Edit footage into polished, professional films using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Source and edit music, add SFX, voiceovers, graphics, and titles
- Carry out basic colour grading and audio adjustments
- Organise and back up footage, ensuring smooth workflow and media management
Research & Collaboration
- Keep up with industry trends and social media content formats (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Work closely with the internal team to generate bold, innovative ideas
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring smooth project delivery
About You
We\’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative, motivated, and confident sharing ideas
- Passionate about videography and editing
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a buzzing, creative environment
- Comfortable travelling across the UK for shoots and working occasional flexible hours
Essential Experience
- Proven videography and editing experience (ideally within a production company or agency)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to light a variety of sets and environments
- Operation experience with Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or RED cameras
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating commercial and creative work
- Full UK driving licence
Bonus Points

- Advanced sound design or motion graphics knowledge
- Experience with RED cameras
