Astor Care is looking for kind, caring people to join our friendly team of Homecarers in the Woking area. In order to apply for this role you need to be able to drive and have your own car in case you have to take clients to appointments or out shopping.
Some of our carers work less than 10 hours a week and might just work a half day at the weekend for breakfast or tea time calls or a couple of evenings. This works out well for them and for our clients. You can of course work other hours throughout the week but candidates with weekends and evenings are always at a premium for us.
Duties vary between clients but may include:
- Helping with washing, dressing, personal care
- Tidying the house
- Shopping
- Prompting medication
- Companionship and social visits
We provide full, paid training and pay competitively (£13.95ph - £17.00ph), mileage between clients (40ppm) and extra for bank holidays.
