A great opportunity for a graduate scientist to join a growing consumer goods company has arisen. As a junior regulatory affairs administrator your role will be to support the Regulatory Manager by collecting, maintaining and processing accurate product, packaging and chemical data required to demonstrate regulatory compliance for products across the UK, EU and export markets. The role provides administrative and technical support across relevant detergent, biocide and packaging legislation, helping to ensure product information, records and documentation are complete, current and readily available to support business needs.

As a developing member of the Regulatory Affairs team, you will build knowledge of regulatory processes, digital systems and product compliance requirements whilst being responsible for the effective management of regulatory information.

Key responsibilities:
  • The collection and processing of packaging data
  • The collection and processing of chemical data
  • Performing recyclability assessments for packaging
  • Maintaining central databases
  • Building regulatory knowledge and communicating changes to the business
  • Providing product data internally and to external partners
Qualification and Experience:
  • Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
