We are looking for a proactive and organised Content Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for the planning, production and delivery of world-class content that supports the Club's digital, commercial and brand objectives. This will be a dynamic and varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days will look the same.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, planning and co-ordination of the Club's content production schedule across all platforms including social platforms, VillaTV and our podcast, as well as our season content campaigns.
- Attend and support content shoots as required to ensure smooth and efficient operation, acting as an ambassador for the Club.
- Act as the central liaison between the Content Department, First Team and wider stakeholders to co-ordinate all First Team player access for content opportunities, ensuring requests are managed efficiently while respecting performance schedules.
- Be involved in the Matchday Live Show by co-ordinating hosts, commentators and technical support and by working closely with the Head of Content and Digital Media on running orders, scripting and live show delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Content Producer / Co-Ordinator role, ideally within football, sports organisation or media environment.
- Experience producing or co-ordinating digital content for live events, sports or entertainment.
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects effectively and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders; clear, concise and accurate communication.
- Availability to work flexibly on matchdays, which take place across evenings and weekends; ability to travel between Club sites or hold a full UK driving licence.
