Aston Villa Foundation is hiring a Youth Engagement Officer to plan and deliver targeted programmes for young women and girls at Villa Park. You will create sporting and non-sporting activities to build confidence, resilience and aspiration, plus run educational workshops with mentoring for vulnerable participants.
Role requires a qualification such as an NGB Level 2 in Sport and strong interpersonal skills to engage families, schools and community partners across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
