Aston Villa Foundation is seeking a Youth Engagement Mentor to deliver high-quality school-based youth engagement across Premier League programmes and the wider offering.
You will mentor marginalised young people, raise aspirations, and work with schools and community partners.
The role requires strong communication, active listening, empathy and the ability to design and deliver educational interventions for young people.
A Level 2 Diploma in Effective Mentoring (or equivalent) is preferred.
